I attended The School of Visual Arts from 2005-2009 as a Cartooning Major. Expensive but unparalleled education, without the benefit of which I would not be working in comics.
SVA held a Senior Portfolio Showcase attended by editors from several comic book companies in Spring 09. I met DC editors and kept in touch. In Fall 2009 I drew my first professional job, a (very) short story for the DC Halloween Special.
